Monday, January 3, 2011 - Kirsch, pepper dried fruits, bacon fat, earth, licorice and cherries make up the perfume. Full bodied, powerful and structured, with freshness along with dusty tannins, the wine finishes with a smoky cherry sensation. This needs another 2-3 years before it reaches full maturity.
