Monday, October 10, 2016 - 1st night – wine was tight with medium tannic twang. Mild licorice nose. Good fruit + leather but not great. But . . . after 2 days in bottle . . . yes, 2 full days, the wine opened up. Amazing fruit + blast of licorice nose. Wonderful souring fruit + the Nebbiolo leather in the long, long finish.
