Wednesday, June 17, 2015 - Popped and poured. Stone fruit aroma. Rich flavors of kumquat, petrol, slight sweetness, balanced by intense tartness. Beeswax in the finish. Comes across as quite young. Mutable flavors, some complexity, firm backbone. Drinking well now, will most likely get even better.
