Friday, January 15, 2010 - Tons of rich guava and dark citrus intertwined with chalky minerality throughout the nose and taste. The finish was a bit flabby due to waning acidity, but all in all, it was a pretty good white burgundy. There was just something missing that didn't boost this wine up to the 94-95 level.
