Friday, May 12, 2023 - The fruit and acidity is still there, initially a bit funky. After 30 minutes, good red fruit, balanced structure but linear, not complex. Another 60 mins & onwards, nose get this tiring wet rose padel smell. Tannin became rustic.
If finish in 30 mins, reasonably pleasant.
