Sunday, October 6, 2013 - Purchased off the wine list, poured two small glasses and decanted the rest. Opens with notes of blue fruit, cranberry and white pepper. There are underlying red fruit liqueur and floral qualities- rose petals, and vanilla. Full-bodied with cherry, plum and red fruit notes with a pomegranate/red fruit note and pepper lingering on the long finish. The finish lingers for well over a minute. About an hour and a half later, the last glasses were poured. Lavender, blueberry, raspberry ganache, vanilla & rose petal notes with white pepper undertones. Fleshy and vibrant on the palate with an abundance of red fruit and spice.
