Friday, July 12, 2013 - Light gold. A pungent nose of burnt caramel, sweet pastry- intriguing. On the palate it's quite a full apricot fruit with lemon and pepper on th incredibly long finish. This was tasted blind and was really good and once I knew it was Huet I was reassured I'd tasted a really good wine.
