Thx for sharing
Better keep to english so that non-swedish speakers, or let say, non-Nordic speakers ;), can follow and comment.
I tried 08 Huet demi-sec lieu rather recently, and I can not say that mustard or shrimp shells are words I would have used for describing the wine.
Flavours that can remind of Sweet straw (or maybe dried gras) is something I can follow.
However, based on the two first aromas, I would guess that it was something wrong with that bottle.
Another point is that the wine might be sleeping for the moment. Or as many of the locals in Vouvray say; drink it within 6 months or wait until it is in it's 8th year before pulling the cork.

Maybe I'll reconcider ;-)
There were some consensus that the bottle was flawed, but nevertheless I don't think it's my cup of tea.
