Monday, December 31, 2018 - Cellaraid Discovery Box; 5/19/2017-5/26/2021 (Delivered to Home): Deep gold, with a very ripe nose of melon, carrot, and chives. Sweet, yet savoury and toasty and sharply acidic. Would have hoped that such a dessert wine is more luxurious.

1/17/2019 10:30:00 PM - Dessert wine? Vouvray Demi-Sec is never even close to what could be considered dessert wine levels of sweetness. Often even the sweeter Moelleux wines don't have more than 40 g/l of sugar which is most definitely less than a dessert wine would have.
