Monday, November 3, 2014 - Dark ruby in the glass. Great nose of black fruit, smoked meat, a bit of a sap. Taste is very unusual. Bitter and sappy, need plenty of air. Hard to drink upon opening. Perhaps passed its prime. Will report on day 2.
