Friday, December 15, 2017 - Pop and pour. After three hours the nose shows muted forest floor, Pineneedles, brush, old wood.

The wines flavor profile is definitely in the “back nine” of its lifespan.-nicely balanced, clearly aged, with tobacco/wood, Red cherries,

While not nearly as rich and full as this was a few years ago (duh), this is aging extremely well. While few bordeaux start off as enjoyable as this was seven years ago, This is aging as well as any top-notch French wine Eight years after release. Will drink my remaining bottle in the next 1 to 2 years.
