Wednesday, August 30, 2023 - First of 3, brought to E&K's for dinner. This was drinking really nicely. Good mix of red and black fruit, and some nice herbal notes. Still has some tannic grip but is drinking well now. That said, I see no hurry on these and think they will be good for another 4-5 years easily. Good stuff.
