Thursday, December 23, 2021 - Late Dec 2021: green-brownish amber color; opulent nose of apples and peaches; dull texture and high acidity on the palate.
The bouquet of this bottle was a real stunner. Unluckily the palate showed that this bottle was past his prime, on the bring of defectiveness.
