Sunday, October 4, 2009 - Very dark purple. Dark chocolate covered cherries on the nose and palate. A slight sweetness which is pleasing not cloying. Smooth, drinking quite well now. Just a highly enjoyable glass of wine that would be a real crowd-pleaser. No hurry to drink this, but I'll probably drink my remaining bottles over the next 2 - 4 years. This is just too good now to hold longer than that.
