Thursday, September 17, 2015 - Dark red color. Aromas of blackcurrant, coffee, licorice and wood spices. Ripe full-bodied fruit in the mouth with excellent depth and length and well-integrated ripe tannins. Nicely textured and long on the palate. Though still very youthful, delicious with the outstanding pork belly at Fond Restaurant.
