Saturday, November 13, 2021 - With a 3 hour plus decant this wine had a good beginning but the end faded with not such great notes (astringent). Should have drank this 5 years earlier. I would say drink this sooner than than later. Stored in a Eurocave wine fridge since 2003 when I it was released. Tried it the next day and no better.
