Sunday, December 13, 2020 - Pre X Mas wine opening :) well well well... again this at a perfect spot, but needs much More time to open up... great nose of bramble and cinnamon, hint of smoke, perfectly balanced on the palate, with a juicyness and tannins stil pores et in the mid palate, absolutely magnificent at this moment... which is day 2... still. Tremendous time ahead of it... wish I had saved a dozen of those by that time... nice finish with just the perfect arm the after a day in the snow and backcountry skiing... love it again, and again...
