Friday, January 3, 2014 - Bricking at the rim, middle red at the core - shy nose with a little cedar. Quite thin bodied and a bit insipid but not without some power, a trifle bitter on the finish - a fair degree of tannin as well. None of the floral high notes I would have hoped for, this wine has feet of clay.
