Wednesday, December 16, 2015 - Ifune in NYC (Frankie & Johnnie's Steakhouse, NYC): Surprisingly youthful and monolithic, with very little development. This must have been a superbly well-stored bottle. With air, this gained more layers, with hints of herbs and spice. As the night wore on, this gained plushness and opulence. Wow, this could really be something down the road.
