Thursday, March 30, 2023 - A rash purchase this week based on a previous tasting note (but thank you RCOLLELA). Some concern that this is too old was exacerbated when we saw the plastic cork. However, there is still quite a lot of red and dark red fruit there, with a finish full of chocolate and a bit of coffee. The acidity is extraordinary, and brilliantly judged and keeps it clean and exceptional throughout. Fruit came and went during the 2 hours we had it in our glasses with arguably the best moments at about the hour mark. At the right price (sub £19 in our case) this is still a canny buy, but drink it SOON!
