Tuesday, September 25, 2018 - Tasted after 90 minutes in a decanter. Medium to light in texture, lighter than we expected. Not light in flavor. Cherry, brine, tar, spice. a nice floral lift and a touch of pepper on the finish. Elegant and inviting. Worth the wait.
