Saturday, May 21, 2016 - Nice wine at the end of its peak. Maybe possible to cellar a year or two more, but I wouldn't do that. If not of course you like overcellared champagne with less fruit and more oxidized flavors.
The wine looks yellow gold colored. It smells like lemon, raisin, honey, sherry, bready and apple. It tastes like lemon, apple and sherry. The body is medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.
