Wednesday, February 25, 2015 - Clear gold , moderate citrus nose with some green apple, nice burst of flavour that drops on the back end then a slight long persistence. Near the end of its good life but still a pleasure to drink
The wine looks yellow gold colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like grapefruit and apple. It tastes like grapefruit, apple and peach. The body is light/medium. The wine has satin-like texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.
