Saturday, January 2, 2021 - This was incredible. Opened for New Years 2021 after a long year. Dark ruby core with medium bricking at the edges. Color was much darker than expected. Decanted and had strong earthy notes. After an hour it really opened up and evolved over the course of three hours. Tannins fully resolved but still had fruit left. Earthy notes with red fruit on the palate. Stunning and could go another few years.
