Tuesday, January 1, 2013 - Recently picked up 6 figured we'd give one a taste. Decanted 30 minutes and consumed over the next 3 hours. Got some dusty wood and black cherry on the nose. Taste shows ripe red / black fruit, coca and oak. Get a sense of the alcohol on transition from mid to finish. Tannins drive the mouth feel.
