Monday, August 2, 2010 - Popped and poured my last bottle of this. So much cherry and strawberry on the nose and on the palate. Those tastes are so thick that it comes close to syrupy (without being jammy). The slight tartness and spice that comes through the mid-palate is what keeps that from occurring. Had with a "what's in the refrig" salad consisting of leftover grilled chicken, cilantro grilled shrimp, cherry tomatoes, orange pepper and greens.

Still half+ of the bottle for this evening.
