Saturday, January 12, 2019 - Peter's BDay (Bistro Na Pasadena): Cork soaked about 7/8 of the way up. A little bit dusty on the nose, but loads of smoke/charcoal, a hint of dried raspberry, entirely tertiary. Good acidity, tannin completely attenuated. A completely mature Bdx from a vintage I really enjoy.
