Monday, September 27, 2021 - Not decanted, pop and pour and enjoyed over 3 hours. Better on the nose, leather, bacon fat and some black fruits. Not as long a finish on the palate, even touch short but a very elegant wine none the less and certainly not past it at all. Label says only 12.5 ABV, those were the days!
