Tuesday, March 9, 2010 - Bouchard / Fèvre / Henriot Tasting (The Wine Cellar Club - Irvine, CA): Dense and complex aromas just pour out of the glass with notes of yellow fruits, sweet stones, fresh spring water, flowers, and pine. The citrus flavors are heady yet supple across the palate lingering brilliantly on the finish. This may not have the edge of some of the other offerings but it makes up for it with dense complex flavor.
