Saturday, April 8, 2017 - JUST beginning to wake from its slumber. This was so good for the first year or so after release but it then shut down. Nose of iodine, palate is sweet with lovely corresponding sour element, and very salty. There is pleasing depth and mouthfeel density here. Many years left here, as it will continue its evolution.
