Sunday, May 6, 2012 - This is a serious wine. At first it was very creamy and a bit oaky. I had it decanted for 3 hours and it opened up to a lovely white Burgundy with complexity and minerals. It has layers of various tones mostly citrus and vanilla but the fruit is so clean so it makes me think of clean sheets (!). It is great now but will be even greater with time.
