Tuesday, March 28, 2017 - Black cherries, dried flowers, and cedar on the nose. Cherry, spice, cola; powerful. Fairly full bodied, slightly chewy tannin, medium acid. Fruit seems to be fading, leaving the palate somewhat austere after the initial attack. Strange light spritziness that doesn't seem to blow off even with several hours of air. Drink up.
