Saturday, September 10, 2011 - One of the best noses from non-burg chard I can remember. This surprised the heck out of me, ever evolving.
At first the nose was thick and buttery but that blew off, then came dusty stone and rock aromas, followed by green grass and petroleum.

The taste was good but not nearly as interesting as the nose. This one grew on me.
