Saturday, September 25, 2010 - consumed with H and JNJ. Slight staining around cork but no ullage. Small sediment retained in punt. Bright cleaer red wine. Restrained nose chiefly fruit and no 'farmyard' A delicate fruit dominated palate, not very rich and evolving all the time. Has years to run and I still have another bottle!
