Tuesday, April 10, 2012 - Cherry preserves, wilted roses, strawberry licorice on the nose. This has fresh, pure, and supple cherry and strawberry flavors, and plenty of acidity yet. I like the verve here, and the depth belies the ripeness on the nose--more than meets the eye.
