Saturday, January 29, 2011 - I had this at a friends birthday party on 1/29/11. It had had a wonderful bouquet of barnyard, truffle, red cherry, spice, leather and cedar aromas. The palate was round, smooth and fully integrated with flavors of truffle, red cherry, leather and spice.
