Friday, February 23, 2007 - Seattle Tasting Group does Pauillac (Seattle, WA): Root-beer, green tobacco leaf, horse and cherry. I love the nose here, classic Lynch Bages! This fades a little quickly in the glass but is lovely while it lasts. Chewy, leathery and delicious.
