Thursday, November 22, 2007 - Cona Thanksgiving 2007; 11/20/2007-11/23/2007: Aubert produces the best California chardonnay and this did not disappoint. It's consistently better than Kistler and Peter Michael of any vineyard. The color is a crystal clear golden yellow. Refined on the palate with a symphonic blend of almonds, citrus, oak and minerals. Still has a few more peaks years.
