Saturday, July 2, 2016 - This is so good...so complex. Full bodied. On open, strong barnyard notes which may bother some. Not an issue with 15 minutes of air in glass and bottle. Notes of earth, leather, herbs, dark berries, and licorice. Paired with ribeyes. We absolutely loved this. Very unique and old world / rustic.
