Wednesday, October 14, 2015 - Still drinking really well!! I opened this to pair with a filet mignon the first night. It went really well as expected: very smooth, classic traits of a Rhone with some age on it. Four days later (yes, 4!), I finished it with baked penne, and it was still quite nice. Great wine.
