Smoked tea and sweet tobacco. Redcurrants and dust. Really all of one piece at 32 years of age. In the mouth this has plenty of structure - tannins are +, acid is + loads of currants and zesty acidity. Something savory, like a game bird seared in hot cast iron. Just stellar stuff. The structure of Cab with the “structural” flavors of Zin.
