Thursday, March 10, 2011 - Manchester Wine Society Red Burgundy (Withington Golf Club): nice red fruit aromas and some really pretty elements: part of me wants to say high toned, but i don't think that is right. it also has a good dose of sous bois. a very fruity palate but it is lacking a little on the midpalate, but there is a nice finish. overall it has enough going on to be very enjoyable but there are better wines for the money.
