Tuesday, February 14, 2012 - Dark ruby colored with aromas of unripe strawberries, lavender, and dusty paper. The palate shows red cherry, brown sugar, cocoa, black licorice, spicy minerality, and a charcoal finish. Good acidity and quite voluptuous body for a pinot.
