Friday, July 5, 2019 - This bottle is in much better shape, showing a tight cherrystone core and some pretty rose petal notes. Nicely rounded for its age and level although the finish dries out rather abruptly. The impression is of a wine that would have been ravishing about 5 years ago but that is now in terminal decline.
