Saturday, October 1, 2016 - During a Shiraz tasting dinner with friends, wines served blind. Medium garnet. Expressive and typical nose of aged Barossa with red and dark fruit, torrefaction, tar. Very soft and gentle on the palate for a rich wine like this. The wine was very good initially but after 2h it started to fade, so drink up and better not decant.
