Monday, January 15, 2007 - Bright ruby edges, inky black in its depths. Baked pie, flowers, and cassis in the nose. Lush palate, oaky, with vanilla, raspberries, and pie crust. Finishes chewey and very long, fading to a pleasant tartness.
