Wednesday, November 10, 2021 - Nose is fantastic a couple of hours after opening (no decanting), the fruit aromatic profile is extremely elegant and vibrant with normal evolution for a wine of that age. Palate is completely harmonious, without any weakness or traces of leanness, beautifully pure and structured. Not as powerful as what can be expected of a typical chambertin, closer to a CdB in its balance and with great length. La classe!
