Thursday, March 1, 2007 - WineFlock - 1997 Australian Horizontal (My House): Rich pepper, bacon fat, and black fruit on the nose. Opened up beautifully in the glass with huge pepper notes and red fruit on the palate. A great typical Cote Rotie - fun to taste the real thing after all these Aussies.
