Saturday, April 30, 2011 - Cambridge University / CellarTracker Dinner (Pembroke College, Cambridge): Still oh so young, bu this is really starting to settle into a nice maturing nose and palate - very funky notes of sous-bois, rasberry and mushroom - brilliant length - the tannins are still sticking out a touch, and the wine still feels young despite the fruit having a more mature taste. Excellent.
