Saturday, March 12, 2011 - Hmmm, interesting stuff. Smooth violets come screaming out of the glass, low tannins on the palate - very serene but a meaty liver taste on the palate. Puts on weight over 3 hours and becomes much sweeter - I imagine this will be a gnarled old leathery wine in 10 years, but surprisingly good drinking so early in its life.
